Form Settings to Check
Make sure each for your forms are being delievered to the nonprofit and not another email address you were using to test. To do this follow these steps:
- Click on Forms
- Mouse over the form you want to check
- Mouse over “Settings” below the form title
- Click on “Notifications”
- Click on the notification you are checking, it is likely called “Admin Notification”
- Make sure the “Send to Email” fied has either {admin_email} or the nonprofit’s email address in it.
