Check form settings

To make sure any forms will be delivered to the nonprofit and not to a test email, follow these steps:

1. In the WordPress dashboard, select Forms
2. Hover over the form you want to check
3. Below the form title, hover over Settings
4. Select Notifications
5. Select the notification to check, usually Admin Notification
6. Make sure the Send to Email field has either {admin_email} or the nonprofit’s email address in it.
