Check form settings
To make sure any forms will be delivered to the nonprofit and not to a test email, follow these steps:
- In the WordPress dashboard, select Forms
- Hover over the form you want to check
- Below the form title, hover over Settings
- Select Notifications
- Select the notification to check, usually Admin Notification
- Make sure the Send to Email field has either {admin_email} or the nonprofit’s email address in it.
