Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to collect visitor emails on a non-profit’s website using subscribe forms and integrating with email marketing services.

Key Steps

Step 1: Access Power Pack Settings 0:00

  • Navigate to the Settings section of your website.
  • Click on Power Pack to access various templates.

Step 2: Select Row Templates 0:20

  • Click on Templates within Power Pack.
  • Choose Row Templates to view available options.

Step 3: Activate Subscribe Form Templates 0:38

  • Look for Subscribe Forms among the templates.
  • Activate the Subscribe Forms template to access 14 different options.

Step 4: Create a New Page 1:15

  • Go to your website pages and create a new page named Test Form Submission.
  • Launch Beaver Builder to edit the new page.

Step 5: Add Subscribe Form Row 1:38

  • In Beaver Builder, locate the Rows section.
  • Click the dropdown and select Power Pack Row Templates.
  • Choose Subscribe Forms and drag your preferred template onto the page.

Step 6: Edit Subscribe Form 2:02

  • Click into the subscribe form to edit the text (e.g., change to Subscribe Now!).
  • Save your changes.

Step 7: Integrate Email Service 2:20

  • Within the form settings, select the email service you want to integrate (e.g., ActiveCampaign or MailChimp).
  • Input the required information: account name, API URL, and API key.

  • After entering the necessary details, click Save to finalize the integration.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure you have access to the email service account to retrieve the API key.
  • If you do not have the API key, contact support for assistance after the event.
