Donations – Taking payments on the website

For security and liability reasons, we cannot accept login or private information related to donation platforms or payment merchants.

Additionally, given limited time, the team your website is assigned to should not be expected to set up donation methods during the event.

Methods for Accepting Donations

• On-site form from a provided embed code.
• Linking to an off-site landing page from a 3rd party service.

Recommended 3rd Party Donation Solutions

If you are looking for a 3rd party service, the following include the ability to provide your team with an embed code for your website and have been used by previous 48in48 nonprofits. You are not required to use these services.
