Frequently Asked Questions.
You can get to both your Dashboard and Coursework by going to the learning website at https://48in48.org/nonprofit-dashboard/.
We typically go live with websites the week following the event. In some cases sites may be delayed additionally for a Post Event support team to work through any incomplete tasks.
All of the Coursework is required to be completed 6 weeks before an event for your website to be included in the next upcoming event.
We understand this can be a challenging part of the Coursework. We ask that you move your DNS records to Cloudflare to increase website security and so you can share access to those records with our team. This is what allows us to point your domain name to your new website.
To get to the login for your new site, put /wp-admin after your domain name — for example https://yourdomain.org/wp-admin. Your username should be your email; if you don't have your password, use the Forgot Password? link to reset it.
The 48in48 sites platform is a closed platform built on WordPress. We carefully curate all of the Themes and Plugins available so we can support many volunteers and nonprofits efficiently. Your staging and live sites will not allow you to add or edit Plugins or Themes.

Submit a support request. Your options are: (1) we'll package up your files and database and send you a .zip file; (2) your new host may have a specific migration plugin we can install and give them access to; (3) you can pay us to do the migration (we have to charge because it costs us money to move it). Reminder: you'll then be responsible for premium plugin licenses — Beaver Builder Pro, Beaver Builder Themer (optional add-on), PowerPack for Beaver Builder, Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder (if used), and Gravity Forms Pro. Your site will still work without these licenses, but you won't be able to update them, which can lead to performance or security issues over time.
