How it works

The rhythm of the weekend

EPM/PM Check-Ins (Slack, 7 total)

Fri 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM · Sat 9:00 AM, 4:00 PM, 9:00 PM · Sun 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM. PMs post status in the EPM/PM Slack channel; EPMs update site status in GetReady after each one.

Nonprofit touchpoints (4, times flexible)

Friday after kickoff: questions. Saturday morning: homepage review. Saturday evening: progress check and features. Sunday: PM handoff call on next steps and going live.

Team meetings

Set by your PM, roughly every 2–3 hours: Friday 7:00 PM; Saturday morning, 2:30 PM, and after dinner; Sunday morning. Adjust these to your team. EPM/PM check-ins and milestones do not move.

Help desk

Open the entire event in Slack (#help-support). Ask there first; your EPM is the escalation path.

Virtual volunteers

Opening and Closing Ceremonies stream on Zoom. Everything else happens on your team's own video link and in your team's Slack channel. Uber Eats lunch vouchers go out by email Saturday around noon.
